JW PEI UK offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original JW PEI dust bag and box, ensuring all protective plastics and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
